Instruction 1 (Fig 6-289, 290) The hands change to fists, the body turns left. The left fist rotates out to the left side, the right fist arcs down to in front of the chest.

Instruction 2 (Fig 6-291, 292) The center shift sright, the body turns slightly left, then right. The left fist rotates in and drops to above the left knee; the right fist arcs in and up to the right side of the head.
