Instruction 4 (Fig 6-178 to 181) The body turns left, the center shifts to the right leg. Simultaneously, the left palm becomes a fist, rotates out, and first arcs downward, then is raised to above the left shoulder; the right palm becomes a fist, rotates out and strikes down from the upper right to in front of the body. (Facing Northwest)
Note: Before the body turns left, "When the two palms turn to fists, the body first turns to the right" has the meaning of "Wanting to move forward, first move backward". When the left fist is being raised and the right fist is striking down, make sure that the sideways movement of the body follows the shoulders.
