Instruction 6 (Figures 9-680, 9-681, 9-682) - Body slightly lifts the head, left leg bends and lifts, at the same time left hand externally rotates and supports on the left shoulder, right hand presses down (facing east).

Note: After the previous stance's jump and spring, prepare for this posture. The key to achieving stability is that the sole of the lifted leg should be flat, toes pointing downward to reduce the hanging lever weight; and with both arms extending left and right, pulling to maintain balance, which can make the body stable.
When transitioning from the first Golden Rooster Stand to the second Golden Rooster Stand, ensure the change of position is stable, then perform the second Golden Rooster Stand; thus, the second Golden Rooster Stand can be used to launch a powerful upward and downward force.
