Instruction 1 (Figures 9-846, 847): Shift your center of gravity to the right, slightly turn your body to the right, while simultaneously externally rotating your left fist and internally rotating your right fist to your chest.
Instruction 2 (Figures 9-848, 849): Turn your body left 90 degrees, shift your center of gravity to your left leg, lift your right leg with the toes pointing downward, while simultaneously rotating your right fist upward with your right leg, bringing your fist to eye level with the fist facing inward (facing southwest).
Note:
1. This posture is driven by the "left reverse spiral and right
forward spiral" movement, requiring a flat, non-bent body to rotate
upward; turn your hands into an upward and downward spiral, bringing
your right fist forward to your chest, and your left fist to your
waist, completing this movement without any gaps — this is the key
point of this posture.
2. This posture requires holding both hands together in a spiral upward motion. Additionally, the left hand positioned on your left side must be correctly reversed, spiraling outward from your waist to your waist — this is also the key to maintaining stability in your left leg.
