Instruction 4 (Figures 9-878, 9-879) Shift your center of gravity to the right, point the left foot, and at the same time, rotate both hands outward, drawing arcs to the sides of the body, with palms facing backward.

Instruction 5 (Figures 9-880, 9-881) Bend your knees and step backward, simultaneously rotating both hands inward to the front of the abdomen, with palms facing upward and fingers pointing toward each other.

Note:
This set of movements involves a continuous backward step, which is a reverse roll, and the forward step following a backward step is only the "retreat tiger" step. The posture before the step is to respond to the forward thrust and then retreat. This is a practice of advancing and retreating.
In the forward posture, both hands naturally swing outward from below, generating a natural, powerful thrust; in this posture, after rotating one full circle, suddenly snap, like a hook being released, then split apart, while simultaneously lowering the qi and the internal energy.

Instruction 2 (Figures 9-885 to 9-888) Continue turning 90 degrees to the right, lift the left leg, step outward 45 degrees to the left, and simultaneously turn both hands outward, following the body's rotation to the right side (facing north).

Instruction 3 (Figure 9-889) Turn your body to the right, shift your center of gravity to the left, and simultaneously move both hands to the right side of the body, with palms facing downward.
