When the hands change to coming together from being apart, relax the shoulders, relax the elbows, the back is relaxed, bringing in the left foot, the elbows come together, the knees come together, the qi returns to the dan tian.

Instruction 1 (Fig 7-668,669) The body turns right 90°, the left hand presses down to the outside of the left leg, the right hand arcs out to the upper right front.
Instruction 2 (Fig 7-670,671) The body continues turning right. Lift the left foot and take a large opening step to the left front, the left hands rotates up to in front of the chest, the right hand rotates out and arcs to the right to the right front.
