Instruction 4 (Fig 7-357,358) The center shifts to the right leg. The left hand rotates slightly in and upward. The right arcs to in front of the right knee passing in front of the chest.

Instruction 5 (Fig 7-359,360) The body first turns right then left sinking a little. Simultaneously, the left hand changing to a fist rotates downward to in front of the chest, palm facing in, and the right hand changing to a fist comes up, the bent elbow coming together with the left fist in front of the chest. (Facing Northeast)

Note: When the right fist comes up, the left fist rotates out, and the body sinks, the center of gravity moving to right is principal, the movement of the fists secondary. The fists, one up one down, naturally form a heart protecting movement. When the center of gravity moves to the right foot, the fists simultaneously close in. When practicing, the crotch must be a little low, the emptiness and fullness of the legs clearly distinguishable, and the sacrum centered.
