Instruction 2 (Figs 7-338 to 341) The center of gravity moves to the left leg. The body turns right 180°. The right foot is brought in to the side of the left foot, toes to the ground. Simultaneously, the left fist passes behind the body arcing forward to in front of and above the left shoulder and the right fist drops to the right side of the body.

Instruction 3 (Figs 7-342, 343) The body turns slightly right, the right fist changes to a palm and passes from the right rear upward to over the right shoulder, the left fist rotates out, changes to a palm, and drops slightly to in front of the left shoulder.

Instruction 4 (Figs 7-344 to 347) Standing firmly on the right foot, the left leg is raised and immediately lowered. Before it reaches the ground, the right leg pushes off the ground and extending the level instep kicks up with power. Simultaneously, the right palm is brought forward with power to mutually strike the right instep and the left palm arcs from the front rearward to the left side. The right foot drops to beside the left foot. (Facing East)
Note: The waist first turns horizontally. and then folds up and down. Left and right, upper and lower exchanging energy. When practicing, you must pay attention to the exchange of the waist and the legs, keeping it coordinated and consistent.
