Posture 33 - Jī Dì Chuí

Instruction 1 (Fig 7-332) The body turns slightly right, the center of gravity move to the left leg. Both hands rotate in and become fists.

Instruction 2 (Fig 7-333a/b,334,335) The body turns slight left. The toes of the right foot point in. Simultaneously, the left hand rotates out from below to above to the upper left of the body, a little higher than the head, and the right fist comes from behind over the shoulder and is dropped using power to strike down. (Facing West).

Note: The body tilts along with the shoulders. Although the body is bending forward, the sacrum is centered, relaxing the waist, dropping the hips, the qi sinks to the dan tian, and the footing must be stable.

Posture 34 - Tī Èr Qǐ

Instruction 1 (Fig 7-336,337a-b) The center shifts right. Simultaneously, the left fist rotates down and out to the side of the left knee and the right arm bends at the elbow and rotates up and out coming up to in front of the chest.
