Instruction 6 (Fig 7-153,154,155 ) The center of gravity moves to the right, the body turns to the right. At the same time the left hand becomes a fist and is brought down to the left front of the waist while the right hand becomes a fist, turns out to the right and moves to above the right temple. (Looking down to the left)

Note: Just as the movement is about to become the Pie Shen Quan posture, the center of gravity must still lean to the right, move to the rear and sink. Do not go too low (the closing energy of the legs must be just right). As the posture completes, the right fist, the point of the left elbow, and the toes of the left foot form a line.

Posture 17 Qing Long Chu Shui

Instruction 1 (Fig 7-156,157,158) The center of gravity moves left, the body turns right. Following the turning body, the left fist opens rotating out then rotating in, moving left, then up, then right, to directly in front of the right chest. The right hand moves down and in and is brought to in front of the chest.
