Instruction 3 (Figures 9-492, 9-493) Slightly shift the body upward and to the left, while simultaneously continuing to raise both hands to the left side and separate them. Raise the left hand slightly higher.

Instruction 4 (Figures 9-494, 9-495) Bend the right knee and lift the right leg to cross in front of the body, with the toes pointing outward and the heel touching the ground. Simultaneously, the left hand moves downward in an arc, while the right hand rotates inward and upward in an arc, crossing in front of the body, with the left hand inside and the right hand outside, palms facing each other.

Instruction 5 (Figure 9-496) Turn the body to the right, shift the center of gravity to the right leg, and cross the two hands outward (facing east).

Instruction 6 (Figures 9-497 to 500) Turn the body 90 degrees to the right, lift the left foot and sweep it horizontally to the right, open both hands, and simultaneously strike the inner side of the left foot with the left hand; rotate both hands inward and combine them, driving the body to continue turning 180 degrees to the right, landing the left foot, and crossing the two hands in front of the abdomen with the right hand outside (facing north).

Note:
Twisting Foot: A standing leg and a suspended leg, a sweeping kick to the side.
During the sweep of the twisting foot, the left hand strikes the side of the left foot and rotates the body; during the turn, the left leg slightly bends and rotates horizontally, but does not allow the knee to bend and rotate. This is a training for core strength and balance of the right hand, requiring some time to practice.
