Instruction 9 (Figures 9-304, 305) Body slightly turns left, center of gravity shifts left, both arms arc left and right, palms facing up and down, direction changes to northeast.
Note:
This posture at the beginning should focus on the size of the spiral movement. To make the movement effective, when the right hand passes under the left arm, the circle should be tightened. This is also a method to achieve spiritual and energetic stimulation through the spiral movement.
When descending, the buttocks should be wide. This will cause the negative energy to naturally rise from the tailbone. However, when descending, the buttocks should not be lower than the knees to avoid forming a wobbly posture. If the buttocks are wobbly, it will cause the outer sides of both feet to be hollow, which will make the transition between empty and solid states feel unbalanced.
