Bái Hé Liàng Chì

Instruction 1 (Figures 9-306, 307, 308) Shift your center of gravity to the left leg, retract the right leg with the toes pointing to the ground. At the same time, slightly bring both arms together, and draw a left-to-right arc with the palms facing upward, bringing them forward and crossing in front of the body.

Instruction 2 (Figure 9-309) Turn your body to the left, take a large step to the right with the right leg, keeping the foot flat on the ground and the toes pointing outward.

Instruction 3 (Figures 9-310, 311, 312) Turn your body to the left, shift your center of gravity to the right leg, retract the left leg with the toes pointing to the ground. At the same time, both arms rotate outward, with the left arm going down and the right arm going up, forming the White Crane Spreads Wings posture (facing east).
