Instruction 5 (Figures 9-205, 206, 207) The body rotates first left and right, the feet shake and step left and right, while the left fist strikes backward horizontally, and the right fist strikes downward with the elbow bent.

Note: This posture is a transition from the previous posture's combined fist to a double open fist, then changes to a double spiral. The hands turn outward and combine, then the two hands spiral and cross; during this parallel opening and closing, pay attention to the virtual and real states of both hands and feet, especially the virtual and real relationship between hand and foot.
After the two fists have changed, the movements must be connected as one, and must be performed under the requirements of "qi adhering to the back" and "waist as the axis"; the key is to specially expand the inner and outer spiraling threads, and to lead the subsequent spiral thread with the previous one; only in this way can the movements be connected as one, and internal power remain intact.
