Instruction 4 (Figures 9-200 to 204) Shift the center of gravity from left to right, then back to left. Simultaneously, both hands transform into fists, moving from left to right, crossing and opening in front of the body. Right fist stands on the midline, palm facing inward; left fist stands in front of the left chest, palm facing upward.
