In Instruction 1, both hands must be joined in front of the chest, facing opposite directions. The body turns right, the left foot is lifted, and the body stands upright, forming a right independent stance. Both palms are angled downward and joined. When performing the double reverse twist, attention should be paid to the little fingers of both hands.
This posture is the initial return of the "Ting" intention. It requires using the elastic force of the right leg after it strikes downward, and the slight left-angled, right-angled twisting force of both hands to rotate the body upward, forming an independent posture.
