Instruction 4 (Figures 9-125, 126, 127): Body turns left, center of gravity shifts right, hands rotate outward, arms move upward in an arc to the sides of the body, palms facing forward.
Instruction 5 (Figure 9-128): Relax shoulders, sink arms, qi sinks to Dan Tian (facing northeast).
When both hands fall to the right side and are pulled to the chest, maintain continuous internal force; when arms cross, they must be tightly clasped together, then extended left and right; when extending, pay attention to the fingertips of both hands.
When transitioning from a standing position to a left turn, the upper body must remain stable; throughout the process of transitioning from up-down to left-right spiraling, it must be in a state of unified strength, with no breaks or convex or concave points.
