Left hand is held upright on the left side of the body, right hand is held upright in front of the left chest. Body turns left, weight shifts to the right foot, at the same time, both palms rotate outward, drawing an arc and separating. Left hand is drawn to the lower left, right hand is drawn to the upper right.
