Instruction 5 (Fig 7-523,524,525) The center shifts to the left leg. Raising the right foot take a horizontal step to the right. Simultaneously, the hands, passing throught the upper right, move to the left side.

Instruction 6 (Fig 7-526, 527,528) The center shift to the right leg, the body first turns left, then right, immediately followed by the left foot being brought in to the inside of the right foot, toes touching the ground. Simultaneously, the hands arc from the lower left to the right to in front of the body.

Instruction 7 (Fig 7-529, 530,531) Lift the left leg, toes hanging down naturally. The left hand, passing the left front from below pushes upward. Simultaneously, the right hand presses down to the outside of the right leg. (Facing East)
Note: When reversing and changing to the Jīn Jī Dú Lì Posture, the body cannot rise rigidly. You must use the energy of the waist and crotch (yao dang jin) to surge forward. One hand presses down, the other hand pushes up, both moving up and down symmetrically, not blindly using strength to rise.
