Instruction 3 (Fig 7-298,299,300) The center shifts right. The body turns first left then right, the left hand rotates out, pulling open to the upper left a little higher than the shoulder. The right hand rotates out and moves downward to outside the right hip.

Instruction 4 (Fig 7-301) The center shifts left. The left hand turns slightly in. The right hand passes outward and arcs upward to level with the shoulder.

Instruction 5 (Fig 7-302,303,304a,304b) The body turns left, the center shifts to the right leg. The left foot is brought in beside the right foot, toes touching the ground. The left hand rotates in and is brought in to in front of the abdomen (palm facing up). The right hand pointed up, moves from the rear to the front. The right elbow comes to above the left palm.

Instruction 6 (Fig 7-305a, 305b) The left hand is brought downward to in front of the abdomen. The right hand pushes out to the right side, palm facing down. (Facing North)

Note: When the arm turns and the elbow bends to bring the right palm to the right jaw, use the waist and spine to rotate and turn, and coordinate the left palm, first coiling and then releasing. Pay attention to bending forward at the waist and releaxing the hips. As the coiled jin forms, the left foot is in and pointed down, coordinated with the waist and hips, making a completely smooth motion.
