Instruction 4 (Fig 7-30,31,32) The center of gravity moves from left to right while the body turns to the right, the left hand turns slightly in, the right hand traces an arc from the upper right to level with the shoulder.

Instruction 5 (Fig 7-33) The left hand turns out and down to the left side, the fingers at the waist. The right hand sinks slightlv, the palm facing the upper right.
Note: The right hand opening indicates the abdomen exerting energy, the left hand comes to the waist emptily without exerting energy. Just as you're about to settle in the posture, bow the right leg. At the same time the right palm spirals opening to the right, the left leg exerts energy, the knee and the hip cannot be straight. When settling to posture, relax the left hip, settle the qi to the dan tian.
