Instruction 1 (Fig 8-331,332) The center of gravity shifts to the left leg. Simultaneously the left palm changes to fist extending forward, the right fist circles inward arm bent closing inward.

Instruction 2 (Fig 8-333,334) The body turns slightly right, the right foot stomps to the ground, the left foot is raised and opens stepping to the left side. Simultaneously the fists spiral inward to in front of the chest. (Facing Northwest)
