Note: In this posture when turning the body, the changing of the center of gravity must be quick. When the left hand is extended upward the left leg rises, and moreover has a closing intent, upper and lower coordinated.
Instruction 1 (Fig 8-185...188) The center of gravity shifts left, the body turns right 180°. Simultaneously the right leg bends and the knee and rises, the left fist explodes upward, the right fist smashes downward. (Facing East)
