Instruction 3 (Fig 8-139,140) The body quickly turns left, the center of gravity quickly moves left, following the body turn the right elbow strikes out vertically to the left front. The left hand with the same speed strikes the right elbow. Eyes to the left front. (Facing West)

Note: In this posture, when the right elbow strikes out to the left front, it must use the momentum of the turning body and shifting center of gravity. The movement must be relaxed. For the opening the left foot and firing the right elbow to be effective, there must be a rhythm, one must pay attention to coherence, turning the body must light, the elbow strike must be vigorous.
Posture 15 Dà Gōng Quán Xiǎo Gōng Quán
Instruction 1 (Fig 8-141..144) The right fist changes to palm and pulls lightly to the right, the center of gravity moves a little right, following which the left foot turns out, the body turns to the right 45°, the center of gravity shifts to the left foot, the right foot is lifted and steps to the right front.
