Instruction 2 (Fig 8-124,125) Following immediately, the body turns left 90°, the center of gravity quickly moving to the right leg, the left foot cross-steps to the right (stealth step). Note:
1. In the connected strikes of Zhǐ Dāng and Zhǎn Shǒu both use the back of the fist to strike down, the fā jīn is very short in duration. Therefore in fā jìn to the front, one must adjust well the shen fa.
2. When firing the right fist, pay attention to the center of gravity dropping to the right foot. The left cross step agile and smooth. When the shen fa sinks slightly, the fists suddenly strike out. Thus the power is easily concentrated.

Note:
1. As to the jump in this posture, because the body turns 300°, and does so without the assist of a run, the difficultly is relatively great. One must sieze the opportunity of the "Zhǎn Shǒu" right fist striking down, to execute the first go down to go up storing posture.
2. After the feet leave the ground, the whole body quickly relaxes, the feet land, the fists strike down, drop the hips, collapse waist, only then being able to reach center of gravity stability, and moreover give power to the striking fists.
