Note:
1. The whole movement takes the turning of the trunk as principal. Indeed as the range is relatively large, it is not easy to coordinate the rising and falling of the body. Especially when turning the body left and right, pay attention to relaxed opening, grasping the movement principal of taking the trunk as the axis and the joints all connect, thus able to reach full roundness and flowing movement.
2. Finally, when turning the trunk, the right fist turns over upward, the left elbow closes inward, the toes of the left foot turn in, these three must finish at the same time, right fist, left elbow, toes of the left foot form a slanted line.

Posture 10 Zhǐ Dāng

Instruction 1 (Fig 8-120,121) The center of gravity move left, the left fist circles left and smashes downward. Simultaneously the right fist circles in and explodes out to the upper right. Eyes to the lower left. (Facing South)

Posture 11 Zhǎn Shǒu

Instruction 1 (Fig 8-122,123) The left foot controls the center of gravity, the right foot steps forward to the left. Simultaneously the elbow bending the right fist is brought down and in to in front of the right chest. Eyes to the left fist. (Facing East)
