Instruction 2 (Fig 6-304) Lift the left foot and take a big open step to the left touching down with the heel. Simultaneously, the left hand draws out slanted to the lower left, the right hand draws out slanted to the upper right, coming to both sides of the body.
Instruction 3 (Fig 6-305, 306) Shift the center to the right leg, turn the body slightly left. Simultaneously, the left hand follows the body in rising to the about shoulder height and the right hand arcs down and to the front coming together with the left hand.

Instruction 4 (Fig 6-307, 308) Shift the center to the right, turn the body slightly right. Bring the left hand in to in front of the left chest. The right hand arcs to the upper right to in front of the right shoulder.
