Note: This movement requires that dǐng jìn leads the rise, the right knee is slightly bent, the center drops, the qì sinks to the dan tian, the left knee is brought up and becomes symmetric with the right, the left and right fists are consistent. The center shifts to the left, the right leg pushes back, the waist and spine quickly turn left with the right fist shooting out, causing the qì to reach the right fist.
