Instruction 3 (Figures 9-513 to 9-517) The movements should follow the 14th form "Pulling the Elbow Fist" (facing southeast).
Note:
1. The right leg behind does not touch the ground. Due to the coordinated retraction of both fists, the right leg retracts; during the retraction process, the two fists move forward and backward in a double flip, stabilizing the retracted right leg and the independent left leg. Requirements: Head erect, qi descends, shoulders and hips are aligned.
2. After the turn and step, transform into a simultaneous upward and downward flip with both hands to form a gripping posture; when the hands are together, they are slightly separated to create an opening; then, both hands are tightly clasped, raised, and supported as if holding a basketball and throwing it inward, lifting the body in this manner.
