Instruction 4 (Figures 9-468 to 9-471) Lean forward, lift the left leg to a suspended position, and jump forward with the right leg. At the same time, the left hand strikes downward, and the right hand strikes the right foot from the back and upper direction. When landing, the center of gravity remains on the right foot, and both hands descend to press downward.

Note:
1. During the turn, the power is generated from the waist to turn the right shoulder, the left fist is reversed and closed, and the waist and spine are used as the axis to extend both fists.
2. During the jump, the power is generated from the waist, the left leg leads, and then the right foot jumps onto the ground; both arms trace circles to the left and right sides of the body and meet the right foot.

Shòu Tóu Shì

Instruction 1 (Figure 9-472) Turn the body to the left, simultaneously, the left hand rotates outward and the right hand rotates inward, and both hands are combined and moved to the left side of the body, at shoulder level.

Instruction 2 (Figures 9-473, 9-474) Turn the body to the right, shift the center of gravity to the right leg, and take a large step to the left rear at a 45-degree angle, with the foot following the ground; simultaneously, both hands are facing outward, and the upper arms are raised to the right side of the body.
