Instruction 4 (Figures 9-408, 9-409) Turn body right, shift weight to the right, at the same time, both hands with palms facing up, left hand slightly combined with the body's left side, right arm bent at the shoulder.
Instruction 5 (Figures 9-410, 9-411) Shift weight to the right leg, turn body left 135 degrees, retract left leg to the side. At the same time, left hand retracts inward, right arm extends forward and combines with the body's right side, left hand retracts to the left waist, right hand pushes out to the right (facing north).
Note:
1. The timing of right-hand push, left-hand retraction, and left-foot step must be coordinated.
2. After the right-hand push and left-hand retraction, when performing the opening and closing movements, pay attention to the requirement "intent to close must first separate, intent to open must first separate." That is, before closing, first sink both hands, then close them together; after closing, before opening again, must first tighten the circle (right hand makes a small circle, retracting to the right ear, then perform a rolling movement), then open left and right together.
