Instruction 4 (Figures 9-57, 58, 59) The body rotates left and right, shifting the center of gravity to the left, with the right foot pointing inward. Simultaneously, the left hand moves upward in an arc from the right chest to the left side, level with the shoulder, with the palm facing outward.

Note: During the movement, when both hands rotate one full circle around the body, you must use the waist and spine as an axis to move, so as to achieve a smooth, flowing, and flexible motion. In this action, the left foot follows the ground as the base, but be mindful that "empty" is not entirely 无力 (powerless), and "solid" is not completely stationary.

Instruction 1 (Figures 9-61, 62) The left hand slightly rotates inward and slides downward, while the right hand moves downward in an arc to meet the left hand on the left side of the body, with the palm facing outward.
