Instruction 5 (Fig 7-412) The center shifts to the right leg, the body turns right 90°, the hands push out to the front. (Facing Southwest)

Note: In the large openings and closings of the posture, pay attention to coordinating the rising and falling. When the hands separate level, the knees are coordinated. As the hands pass by the ears, take a large step and push out, putting energy into the feet, extend, as if pushing a mountain.

Posture 41 - Liù Fēng Sì Bì

Instruction 1 (Fig 7-413,414) The center shifts left, the body turns left. Simultaneously, the hands move downward arcing to in front of the abdomen.

Instruction 2 (Fig 7-415,416) The center shifts to the right leg, the hands move to the left upward to above the left shoulder.

Instruction 3 (Fig 7-417) Raise the left foot and bring it to the inside of the right foot at shoulder width. The hands push out to the right side.

Note: This is the same as the "Liù Fēng Sì Bì" of Posture 4.
