Instruction 1 (Fig 8-371 to 379) This movement is essentially like Posture 36 "Huí Tóu Dāng Mén Pào", only the direction of stepping and spiralling turn is opposite. (Facing Southeast)

Note: The movements Huí Tóu Dāng Mén Pào and Wō Dǐ Dà Zhuō Pào are essentially the same. Both consist of a large body turn followed by a fā jìn. When one is familiar with the move, when raising the leg one may jump when turning the body and stepping out the fā jìn.
