Note: The fā jìn of the left arm to the upper left must be energetic, indeed having a lifting intent. Simultaneously the left shoulder strikes to the rear, and the right arm downward fā jìn must be adjusted to symmetry.
Instruction 1 (Fig 8-244,245,246) The center of gravity shifts right, the left foot is raised and hangs inside the crotch, the palms change to fists. The left fist arcs down passing inside then up to in front of the chest, palm facing up. Eyes to the left front.
Instruction 2 (Fig 8-247,248) The same as Posture 12 "Fān Huā Wǔ Xiù", only jumping and turning the body 90°.

Note: Following the left fist pulling up the left foot is helped in jumping, the right foot is raised and jumps a step to the front. Simultaneously use the right fist to energetically strike down, the left palm bengs to the right. The jump, landing, and movements must be thoroughly coordinated.
This movement is the same as Posture 13 "Yǎn Shǒu Gōng Quán" only the direction is opposite. (Facing West) (Fig 8-249 to 254)
