Instruction 4 (Fig 8-55,56,57) The center of gravity shifts to the left leg, the left hand circles out piercing palm pénging up to the left side level with the shoulder, fingers pointing to the front, the toes of the right foot turning in.

Instruction 5 (Fig 8-58) Sink the shoulders and drop the elbows, qì sinks to dān tián, eyes to the left front. (Facing South)

Note: When the right hook hand rises and the body turns to the front, sink the shoulders and drop the elbows. When the posture completes, the topmost energy must lead the rising, the crotch must be open and round, the hips relaxed, the body erect, the chest must be empty and contained, only then can the qì descend, and the qì sink to the dān tián.

Posture 6 Hù Xīn Quán

Instruction 1 (Fig 8-59,60,61) The center of gravity moves right, bending the knee raise the left leg. Simultaneously, the left hand first throws up then throws down, the right hand first throws up then throws down.
