Instruction 4 (Fig 8-11,12,13) The body turns slightly left then turns to the right, the center of gravity moves left, the toes of the right foot are turned out. Simultaneously the left hand circles in, the right hand circles out toward the right moving to the right side of the body, at shoulder height.

Instruction 5 (Fig 8-14, 15) The center of gravity moves to the right leg, the left foot is raised and steps out to the left front at 45°, touching down with the heel.

Instruction 6 (Fig 8-16 to 19) The body first turns slightly right then turns left. At the same time, the left hand circles out, the right hand circles in, and following the body spiral out to the front left. The foot turns out, center of gravity moves left. The left hand moves to in front of the left knee, palm facing down;the right hand moves to above and behind the right knee, palm facing up.

Instruction 7 (Fig 8-20 to 23) The right foot steps to the front, toes touching the ground. At the same time, the hands close in front of the right chest, the left hand placed in the middle of the right forearm.
