Note: In this posture, take a deep breath, then slowly exhale to regulate the finish of the movement. With breathing as the basis, the coordination of the movement is complementary. When exhaling, pay particular attention to first bending the knees and hips and squatting, the body descending. Only in this way can there be a fine, even, and profound coordination of the breathing and the movement.
