Instruction 2 (Fig 6-314, 315, 316) Shift the center left, turn the body right. Cross the right foot behind left leg. Simultaneously, the hands move out from right to left, the left hand to in front of the left chest, the right in front of the abdomen.

Instruction 3 (Fig 6-317, 318, 319) Turn the body slightly right, shift the center to the right leg. With the left foot take a big step horizontally to the left. The right palm rotates in then rotates out and up, bending the elbow, to in front of the right chest. The left palm rotates in and is brought down and in to in front of the left abdomen. (Facing North)

Instruction 4 (Fig 6-320 to 340) Repeat the movement above three times.

Note: In the stealth steps of the movement, pay particular attention to the requirement for a rounded crotch. Only when executing this movement with a correctly rounded crotch will you be able to produce the hidden silk reeling energy in the legs. If the stance is too high and the crotch pointed (that is, like the character 人), or the stance is too low and the crotch is shaky (that is, exceedingly low causing the movement to be forced), you will not be able to train the hidden silk reeling energy, but will instead feel the movement is awkward.
