Instruction 7 (Fig 6-137) The body turns slightly right, the right leg is brought to the inside of the left leg, the toes of the right foot touching the ground. The hands cross in front of the chest, the left in, the right out.
Instruction 8 (Fig 6-138, 139, 140) The body turns right, the right leg withdraws quickly to the rear with a quake, the center remaining in the left leg.
Note: The right foot quakes to the right rear, the right elbow strikes (fā jìn) to the rear, the left hand strikes (fā jìn) to the front, all three movements finishing simultaneously.
