Instruction 5 (Fig 6-42, 43) The body turns right, the center moves to the right leg, the left knees is raised. At the same time, the left hand arcs upward from the back to over the left knee, the right hand arcs down to the side.

Instruction 6 (Fig 6-44) The left leg steps forward to the left at 30°, touching down with the heel. At the same time, the left arm drops slightly. (Facing Southeast)

Note: This movement is accomplished in the continuous stepping forward. When stepping forward with the right leg, the center must be predominantly on the left leg; when stepping forward with the left leg, the center must be on the right leg, paying attention to having a clear emptying and filling of the legs, with the body leading the hands. When stepping forward, the body must not come up, but must be satisfactorily smooth such that there are no places that are distorted and the internal jìn is not broken.
