Instruction 6 (Fig 6-15, 16, 17) Moving the body slightly to the right, then turning left, the left hand rotates out, the right hand rotates in, the body moves out toward the left front as the left hand moves to the left front and the right hand moves to the right rear. At the same time, the center moves left with the left toes pointing to front.

Instruction 7 (Fig 6-18, 19, 20) The left hand continues to rise, then both hands come together in front of the chest, then left hand coming to the middle of the right forearm. At the same time, the right leg steps forward to the right front, toe touching the ground.

Instruction 8 (Fig 6-21) As the center sinks, the left hand rotates, and both hands following the center drop to in front of the abdomen.
