Instruction 3 (Fig 5-202) The right foot is to the side of the left foot and placed to the right front, toes touching the ground. Simultaneoously, the hands rotate in and following the body move out to the left front, the left hand is brought to the middle of the right forearm.
Instruction 4 (Fig 5-203,204) The left hand rotates in and drops to in front of the chest. simultaneously, the right hand turns to a fist and comes downward to the left palm.
Instruction 5 (Fig 5-205) The right leg is raised with the right arm.
Instruction 6 (Fig 5-206) The right foot stomps down to the ground. Simultaneously, the right fist drops to inside the left palm.
Note: In shùn and nì silk reeling, the waist serves as the pivot, the centers changes position naturally, the martial movements of the body (身法 - shēn fǎ) are coordinated. When the foot stomps down, the movements of the left palm and the right fist are coordinated with it.

Instruction 1 (Fig 5-207,208,209) The fist changes to a palm. Simultaneously, the hands separate and open to the sides, to shoulder height, palms facing up.
