Instruction 9 (Fig 5-46,47) The body turns to the right 45°. Simultaneously, the right hand rotates out and arcs out to the right, the body sinks, relaxing the shoulders, dropping the elbow, bringing the palm erect.

Note: When stepping forward, pay attention to making a clear distinction in the emptying and filling of the legs, the body leading the hands, the body not rising tall, the movements following smoothly. When completing Xié Xíng, pay attention to bending the knee and relaxing the hip, maintaining the body erect, emptiness leading the upward enery (dǐng jìn).
