Note:
1. As the left hand changes to a palm pénging up, and the right palm pushes to the left, the center of gravity of the body must mutually coordinate.
2. As the left foot steps forward there must be a reserved intent. As soon as the left foot touches the ground the body immediately turns, the center of gravity then being controlled by the left foot. You must use the momentum of the shifting of the center of gravity and the turning of the body to add speed, mutually coordinating such that it is done quickly but not sloppily.

Posture 9 Piě Shēn Quán

Instruction 1 (Fig 8-104...107) The center of gravity moves to between the legs, the hands changing to palms open downward and close upward, so that the arms, left outside, right inside, cross in front of the chest, palms facing out. Eyes to the font.
