Instruction 4 (Fig 6-206, 207, 208) The center shifts right, the left fist rotates in and is brought in to the left front, the right fist moves down and out rotating in straight to the right side.

Instruction 5 (Fig 6-209 to 212) The body rotates left. Simultaneously, the left fist moves down and is brought in to in front of the abdomen, the right fist moves directly upward to the right of the head, then bending the elbow drops down and comes together with the left fist, eyes of the fists facing up.

Note: This posture requires in and out silk reeling, connected continuously, the whole body coordinated. The crotch must be round and low, exchanging emptiness and fullness in the legs must be clearly differentiated, only thus being able to feel the qì rushing from the perineum to the sacrum. When the right fist is raised and the left fist rotates out and down, pay attention to relaxing and dropping the left shoulder, so that the movement becomes one of protecting the chest.
