Instruction 1 (Fig 6-110, 111) The left hand leads up, the right fist opens to a palm placed on the left arm.

Instruction 2 (Fig 6-112, 113 ) Raising the left leg, take a step back. The center moves to the right leg. Simulaneously, the hands separate, the left arcing down, the right hand up, palms facing down.

Instruction 3 (Fig 6-114, 115 ) The center shifts to the left leg. Simultaneously, the palms facing up, the left hand is brought in to beside the left ear, the right hand rotates slightly in.
